Do you assist with the design for custom embroidered beanies and hats?
Whether you have a specific look in mind or need to start from scratch, our team is happy to assist during the design process. Looking for inspiration? Our Malaga warehouse is open by appointment for you to view embroidery and colour samples of our range of custom hats, beanies and more. Simply contact us to organise a time.
What size are your promotional hats?
All of our hats and beanies are unisex and one size fits all. To ensure the best possible fit, many of our hats and caps are also easily adjustable.
How do you clean embroidered headwear?
Like uniforms, your hats and beanies should be cleaned on a regular basis. Whilst it may be convenient to put them in the washing machine with the rest of your clothes, machine washing could damage the embroidery and shape of your hat.
To clean embroidered headwear, we recommend hand washing. Fill a bowl with warm water, add some mild detergent and swirl the hat around the bowl. Rinse by repeating this process until there is no more soap or bubbles in the water. Then leave your hat to dry on a flat surface under sunlight.
